Registered Dietitian & Coach
Roxane is a registered Dietitian with over 6 years of experience in personalized nutrition, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes and complex health conditions. She has expertise in food supplements and blood biomarkers. A former national judo athlete, she is researching dietary intake versus sports nutrition knowledge in female judokas. Roxane holds a Bachelor’s in Nutrition & Dietetics from HAN University and is pursuing a Master’s in Applied Sports Nutrition.

Performance Nutritionist & Sports Scientist
Thomas is a sports scientist and performance nutritionist with extensive experience with elite athletes. His expertise includes laboratory testing, biomarker analysis, and translating research into strategies that enhance performance and recovery. He has a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Nutrition from King’s College London and a Master’s degree with Distinction in Applied Sports Nutrition

Sarah
Performance Nutritionist & Coach
Sarah is a nutritionist with over 5 years of experience helping female athletes optimize their fueling through sustainable behaviour change. She is the performance nutritionist for the Harlequins Women Premiership Rugby team and the Worthing Harlequins Elite-Performance Pathway Academy. A former international alpine ski racer, she supports current ski racing athletes at altitude. Sarah has a Bachelor's with Honours in Nutrition and a Master's with Distinction in Applied Sports Nutrition

George
Sport and Exercise Scientist
George is a multidisciplinary Sport and Exercise Scientist specializing in endurance physiology and optimizing human performance. His current work includes performance diagnostics, strength and conditioning, monitoring, and training periodization for elite middle- and long-distance runners. He also has experience in professional basketball, netball, race walking, fencing, and Formula 1. A former international fencer (multiple-time British Champion and Commonwealth medalist) and a national-level distance runner, George is also pursuing a PhD focused on physiology and caffeine.
